After submitting an order, you will receive an invoice from Paypal at the email you provided, within 24 hours. There is a transaction fee added to your total for using a card. If you prefer a different form of payment, please reach out to me. However, the terms and conditions below apply to all forms of payments.
PROCESSING TIME
Current processing time is 14 business days from the day you pay your invoice, not including weekends or holidays. This means your order will be processed and shipped within 14 business days and received shortly after. Your order will be sent through USPS. Tracking details will be provided upon shipment.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or changes to any order will be accepted up to 3 hours after receiving your invoice.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our projects, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us at mnsotamade@gmail.com if you have any questions about your order.
